For most custom items, yes! Whether a proof will be sent or not will be highlighted in each individual listing under the HOW TO CUSTOMIZE section. Proofs are sent via ETSY CONVERSATIONS, not direct email. Please check your Etsy messages soon after your purchase.

Proofs MUST be approved within 48 hours, after which a second message will be sent letting you know your item will be made exactly as seen in the proof. It is your responsibility to double check the information you provide before purchasing. Thank you :)

My 12x12" pillow covers measure approximately 12x12" and come stuffed with a synthetic down insert

My 18x18" pillow covers measure approximately 18x18" and do not automatically come stuffed. See below for information regarding inserts

My 15x19" pillow covers measure approximately 15x19" and do not automatically come stuffed. See below for information regarding inserts

An "insert" is what fills a pillow cover. My 12" pillows will come filled. For my two larger pillow covers, I offer synthetic down inserts for an additional cost, which you can add on to your order using the link provided in the listing, or by searching in the "pillow inserts" tab

The professional recommendation for pillows is to go up a size or two when looking for inserts. For example, if you are buying my 15x19" pillow cover + insert, the insert will measure 16x20". For my 18x18" pillow cover + insert option, the insert will measure 19x19"

All my items are packaged with great care and what's fun is that I package each item as though it's a gift, even if the item is going to you! You don't have to pay extra for a gift-giving-ready item.

Additionally, you can mark the item as a gift during checkout and type up a message to go along with the gift. I will print out your note and wrap it with the item

I do not. I offer a beautiful creamy white cotton duck canvas with specks in it {amount of specks will vary}. I've spent a lot of time searching for a quality material and I assure you, mine makes for a very durable and timeless pillow and/or pouch. Please be aware that fabric can vary slightly from batch to batch so a pillow that you order in the beginning of the year can vary slightly to a pillow bought at the end of the year, for example.

After adding the item to your cart, enter the appropriate details in the ''note to seller'' box. The information I need from you varies depending on the item you're buying, and can be found in that item's HOW TO CUSTOMIZE section in the listing.

Producing custom designs is time consuming so I am so sorry, but I cannot send digital proofs before the item has been paid for. I understand it may make you uneasy to pay for a custom piece you haven't seen yet, but for most of my custom listings, I offer to send you a proof for your approval after purchase. Please note my proofing policy in the FAQ above. Thank you for understanding :)
